How to cancel Interim application i got Exparte

Hi Gentleman/ Respected women lawyersI applied for Judicial Separation, my wife failed to attend first few hearings so court announced Ex parte. But now my wife filed interim application to contest the case stating she was having throat infection and due to illness she missed court hearing. My wife has wasted court time and I know very well she was not sick and giving fake reason. Can I ask her to submit medical certificate for not attending court hearing in my counter. Please suggest any other ways to cancel her interim application and continue to get my ex parte decree.

I suppose you need to be practical. Opportunity will be given to your wife to contest the petition for judicial separation filed by you. If your wife's interim application is dismissed then she will approach higher forum. Just let her contest and get along with the trial.
