How to apply for transfer of divorce case

Kindly let me know the procedure for getting transfer of divorce case filed by in-laws in other state,Rajasthan, to home state,Haryana. Do we have to apply in SC or what could be done in this case. Im hindu by religion.
Hello transfer power only supreme court ko h. But apka case kb se chl rha h or current status kya chl rha h. .case apne dala h ya apke husband ne dala h...or bhi koi case chl rha h ..kya

this would be an interstate transfer and this can be done by supreme court only for this you need to file transfer petition before supreme court i have done recently. comparitively easy for girls and bit diffcult fir boys..

Sir to transfer the case in Haryana you will have to file An application in Supreme Court.. The application will contain valid and genuine grounds on which we are seeking the transfer.. Then it is upon the court discretion whether it transfer or not

A transfer petition shall have to be filed in the Supreme Court. Any case which needs to be transferred from one court to another need to be argued before the Supreme court for transfer. contact for drafting and filing in supreme court.
