How to apply for a divorce to narcissistic husband

I'm married and I have a daughter who is 11. My husband is harassing me mentally from day one. He abuses me infront my daughter. I don't have job so I am staying with him for my daughter. Now I am fedup with him. How to seperate from him.How to raise my daughter as I don't work. Please tell me the process. I am now in another country.

hi if he is not giving you monthly expenses for the family and the child then you could file case for maintenance in court for needs and alsi for domestic violence case for harassement and for judicial separation petition in court
