How NRI man can divorce under muslim law from abroad

How can Muslim man divorce under Muslim marriage act. Is divorce shariah courts valid now. I'm an NRI, can I file divorce from abroad. ?

Hello sir as per muslim law there is no separate rules prevailing in India I can get divorce in abroad itself otherwise I have get divorce in India by proper procedure so have no choice to skip get divorce without your appearance

If your marriage was held and solemnised in India, then Indian courts alone vested with jurisdiction to dissolve the marriage. Being an NRI doesn't entitle any foreign courts to dissolve the marriage.
