How much time it takes to register FIR after file reaches Gvt. Lawyer

I had complained against my inlaws. Thereafter precedings in women cell and Acp office, they have transferred the file marking section 406 and 498a against husband and 120 against in laws. Now file has reached Govt lawyer, what will be the preceeding now? How much time will it take for FIR to register?
It will take sometime u need to do vigorous follow up with the concerned I/o and can also contact the concerned DCP office ....

There is no role of these agencies to come in between the registration of FIR. FIR has to be registered on the prima facie disclosure of cognizable offences.
You should move to court for registration of FIR.
