How much maintenance she can claim?

My wife implicate me nd my family in fake 498, dowry act etc.. the case is going on in court soon decision on maintenance is going to be announced how much interim maintenance the court can grant her.. if she is working in a reputed company.. and earning 30k per month approx and my salary is approx 45k per month. so the approx maintenance amount she can be granted?

As per the supreme court judgement 25% of the net income of the spouse can be granted as a maintenance as the Same is just and reasonable. However the grant of maintenance depends upon various factors like education, earning capacity, standard of living, expenses on self and dependents etc. You may connect with better particulars

It all depends upon many factors such as living standard of your wife, education, if there is any child born out of the wedlock maintenance of the child education and the order given by court is that complete discretion of court
