How much maintenance my wife can claim

My wife has made False case on me and now she is asking for maintenance she is working… she has been working since 2018 and has been employed in 4 different companies right now also she is working with a big companies with approx salary of 30k how much maintenance she can be granted if my monthly salary is approx 50k , no child .. she wasn’t with me even for complete one year..after getting married

she can claim maintenance but as she is working with good company you than just collect evidence like her salry or post in company... she is capable to maintane herself.. if your case is from delhi contact us..

If she’s also earning and is capable of maintaining herself then you are not liable to pay her anything. And as written by you their not such a big difference between the salary of both of you. It will be better for you to file section 9 against your wife first. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
