How much maintenance amount under 125 crpc

My husband's net monthly income is 1lakh 14 thousand...another business is on mother in law name who is 74 years of age that business is also solely handled by husband....husband has property worth 2 crores on his name...he has mother, unmarried sister and brother as dependents but they have properties registered on their name..how much maintenance and compensation can i get in 125crpc and dv...i am 36 years old hindu female, not working and no child.both the cases are listed for exparte as husband is not submitting his written statement

1.as such there is no mathematical formula to calculate the amount of alimony which may be granted by court to wife.
2.every case has its own merits and thus courts grant alimony as per merits of each case.
3.normally courts grant 1/3 of salary of husband as maintenance if wife files petition for it in court.
4. one time alimony amount include the expenses.
5. you can go to settlement and must execute agreement for alimony stating all terms and conditions clearly.
