How much Alimony amount should be given

Hello,
I am planning to get divorce under Hindu law because my wife and her parents behavior is not good, they are trying to separate me from my parents.
I am earning 70000 salary but i am having lot of loans. i need to pay 35000 Rs per month for loans and need to take care of my parents as i am the only guy who is earning.
Please tell me how much Court will ask me to pay to my wife as a maintenance. Please tell me monthly wise and one time settlement also. Thanks in advance
Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, Section 25 – Applicant, either wife or husband is entitled to receive from the spouse for his/her maintenance and support a gross sum or monthly or periodical sum for a term not exceeding the applicant's lifetime or until he/she remarries or remains chaste.

if you don't have any child or children, the maintenance may not exceed more than 10,000/- if you have child or children, you have to pay for their maintenance and Education..whatever the things may be, the maintenance will not go beyond 12,000/- In appeal, you can ask for reducing the maintenance amount by raising the ground that you have old parents to be taken care of..
