how mother will get Child custody before divorce

Hello Sir,nCan any mother get to keep her 10-11 years old son before divorce as the husband is not letting the son meet his mother also from 1 year. Can the mother just go and bring the son along or is there any legal action she has to go through ?

Yes u can get the custody of ur son even if he has crossed the age of 5 years if ur husband is not allowing u to meet him or interact with him. Also on other grounds if the child's needs are not fulfilled by the father ,any cruelty committed on him ,neglected by his father ,education not been given properly ,the atmosphere in the family where the child is living is not conducive etc .You can further talk to me.
