How long does it take to nullify a marriage, husband is impotent

If spouce wanted to nullify the marriage. This marriage life is only two months as husband is impotant. How much period it takes to nullify the same? This is in case of 2nd marriage or remarriage where your age is 35-40. Pls note that both the parties have the kids from previous marriage.....Husband is more than 45 and now impotant and no physical relationship since from date of marriage.....He is either avoiding or strightly saying sorry to wife. Pls advice....
