MY partner has marital affair with a lady.and he transferred a lots pf money to her.withput my knowledge.

U should file an FIR against him under section 498A for ,mental ,financial torture. File a domestic violence case against him as iylt covers every kind of cruelty including financial cruelty as well and the court can restrain him from providing financial assistance to the other lady.
