How I can get divorce and get my children from my wife?

I'm 37 yer old men, 8 year married, having 2 daughters. My wife don't want to live with my parents. Her ground is my parents giving mental torture to her. Not wanted to live with me on the ground of, I'm not taking her side while she arguing with my parents. I'm not bring her out of station, not giving money to her, not giving things that she wants. not purchase property on the name of herself and daughters. and many other obligations on me and my parents. she and her parents are threatening me
U can get divorce on grounds of mental cruelty committed b y ur wife against u for the reason that she misbehaves with ur parents and that she wants to get property in her name ,these are all grounds of mental cruelty .U should file for divorce under secretion 13 B HMA and if u want custody of ur children then u file an application in the court on the ground that ur Wie cannot look after them properly as shechas no financial resources .
