How final settlement calculated?

My wife filed sec9, I filed sec13 1 ia. Court counseling failed. I am not ready to continue with her. No kids. She was working women before separation and earned upto lakh per month. I have private job with salary 1.5 lakhs per month. I have no properties on my name but my parents have properties. still she get maintenance and share on my parents properties? How final settlement or alimony calculated by the court?

settlement or a only decided by the both parties only by mutually it can be decided not in like in America there is a divorce calculate in India there is no diverse calculator and whatever the amount both are fixing it is a final settlement otherwise if you are going for mate and its a coat will decide the maintenance amount of the total salary they will decide

hi, alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can petition the court during alimony as to what amount would be feasible for you to be given as alimony or a maintenance given every month, court will take into consideration the economic standing of you, your wife, and set the alimony, which shall be acceptable to both the parties, thank you
