How does quitting of FIR Impact on Divorce case

My friend lodged complaint under 376 ipc against a person who was sexually assualting her since last 6 months on the base of video clip that he shot under the influence of sedative with him in compromising position.He threatned n blackmailed her to stay quiet else he upload the video on internet n send it to her husband.To save her marriage she didn't say anything n that guy was keep torturing her shoting her videos when she was crying, pressurised her to get divorced with husband.She has to act normal in front of that guy under the fear of loosing her husband and save married life.1 month back he sent multiple videos to her husband that he shot but my friend was unaware of.In the video consent of girl was easily visible and it seems that she is doing all by her but she wa doing because of fear n threats she was getting.Now after watching video her husband wants divorce. She is stressed how to fight 2 cases.If she quits FIR how it impacts on her divorce case.
