How do I get divorce as soon as possible

should it be necessary to withdraw all the previous cases before second motion of mutual divorce?lf the husband is not present in second motion of mutual divorce can l start my previous cases against him?

If either of the parties are not willing to be present before the court on the date of final hearing then you should file a contested divorce case immediately by withdrawing the pending mutual divorce case. you need proper planning so that you can take necessary actions and you cannot file mcd without your husband you need to understand with pros and cons so that you dont get misguided and delay proceedings
