How do I change next of kin in my official papers

I am in a Marital discord and I am to file divorce petition after lockdown is lifted. I am a central government employee. I wanted to know if I can change my next of kin from my spouse to dependent parents before divorce is granted.
Are you have said that you are a government employee and you want to file a divorce location of the lockdown is lifted but you have not mentioned what who are the kin of your wife divorce petition has nothing to do with the kin of your parents so it would be better you find different petitions thank you

Your question isn’t eloquent regarding change of your next kin from your spouse to dependent patents before divorce is granted …however once you get divorce your current spouse kin automatically gets cut ….no worries in that regard

Hello Sir,
Sir in case of self acquired property you can gift it to your parents by way of a will and get your will registered. But at the same time you can't dishonor your wife from ancestral property and from government records, unless you divorce your wife. So, you have to divorce her.
