How can I restored those things


18-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I filed 307 and 498 against my husband,but not give 406,how can I restored all things from my in laws house? Chargesheet already done.in this situation if I restored those things,can they filed a robery case against me?

a robbery case cannot be filed against you until they can provide a proper proofs of the same moreover you should have filed maintenance cases to obtain money instead of 498 and 307 cases to take money from them and every month thats the best way to make your husband suffer
