How can I remarry if other person is not ready to divorce?

I got married 11 yrs ago. My marriage last for 6 months. After that I got separated from my husband bcs of his and my in laws abusive nature. By then I was pregnant. I filed the case divorce against him after 1 year. Its been 9 yrs now I am fighting for the divorce. I have a 10 yrs old daughter with lives with me. My husband wants to torture me he is not ready for the divorce. He is very stubborn and not ready in any possible way for divorce. Sometimes I really feel like killing myself bcs of the laws in India. I have a boyfriend and we want to get married? Is there any possible way?

what stage is the divorce matter now is not mentioned. take steps in the same and try to excellrate the proceedings. You can convince him for mutual consent divorce and negotiate terms with him
