How can I know my husband's share in his company and other info ?

I want to know if I can get all information about the company my husband owns , he is the founder and 97% share holder in a private software company but says he is just an employee , how can I get all the detailss of his company , whose name the company is registered ?
You can gather all this information from the ROC website and also you can ask for the IT returns of the company where his shareholding will be defined. You can also ask for inspection of documents like AOA, MOA,etc

you may file an application to the said company. you an also avail all the necessary details from the office of ROC (registration of Company ) not very sure but it may also available online so try or else you will have to file an application to the concerned ROC Office where you will get all the details.
