How can I guarantee survivable maintenance after his retirement?

My husband(AGM in gov bank) is about to retire in a month, we've been living separately for 10 years due to quarrels and his infidelity, we don't own any house & I don't have bachelors degree. Every month I need to fight on the phone before he gives me money, I don't know his salary or debts. After his retirement he may be pressured by my son and his wife(both have income) to pay their substantial debt. Please advise options to guarantee me survivable income.

If you are living separatly and you have his son so you can file maintainance case in nearby family court under sec 144 BNSS. The main thing is its doesn't matter your husband have debt or no source of income because he have to pay per month maintainance to you and kids.

you can file a police complain against your husband . you can File a maintenance case of your district family court to get maintenance amount per month you can file domestic violence case your city against your husband and his family too you can file so many casese for further information you can call me Or text me
