How can i get my streedhan back from my in-laws house
04-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My clothes and my jewellery given my parents and my husband family left over in my husband home. How can I get my things back. We requested them to give but no use of asking. How can I be helpful from any of yur suggestions
I am not sure if you are divorced or not. But if you want your belongings and they are not obliging you, you can take the assistance of the police station in the neighbourhood and pick up these items.
You need to send them a legal notice through a lawyer. If they do not oblige to that you have civil and criminal remedies available with you. In case you only need your things back and do not want to go back to your husband you can file a case for divorce or judicial separation and apply for the return of the Stridhan.
