My Question is IF my wife is not interested to exist in My life and she already taken All my gold which is given to her from my parents during wedding period then how can I get it from her in legal way in india
Well, in order to get back your Gold, you need to file a Civil Suit in Court by producing all the evidences, which can show, that, such Gold was given to your Wife, to whom you want to Divorce, by you and your family.
