How can I get my jewellery back from inlaws if case is still pending

I just want to know about the dowry that is lied at my in laws home since last more than 1 year so how can I get it back soon as there two cases has been pending in court and they will take more than 2-4 years so meanwhile is there any way so I can go back in my in laws home and posses my all stridhan ?


Move and application before the court and pray that direction may be passed to husband that your stridhan should be return.

There are ways in both civil and criminal law. Which one to.opt for would he your choice. However to decide upon further course of action details of the pending matter and scrutinization of the documents would be most essential.

You have to file cases against your in laws under section 498 A 406 ipc domestic violence and pressurised them to return jewellery kindly give your jewellery list to the Io while filing application to caw cell so that you can take your jewellery and striking dhan

Jewellery is the stridhan of the lady / wife, be it given by any one and it is her absolute property. You can file application under Hindu Marriage Act for return of stridhan and as well as for return for other articles also.
