how can i get my clothes, footwear, etc from my matrimonial home

my husband claimed that i brought all gold with me, however they didnt allow me to. i will take it through court. but how to get my clothes, footwear etc, everything is lying there. should i ask them directly to return? or police will help me to take my articles? if yes then my matrimonial city police or parental city police? or i have to forget it? i dont have bills. the bitterness between us is too much due to this police court fights.

Dear queriest, you can approach the police where your matrimonial home is, and take help of them and get your belongings back with you. you have whole right to claim. Therefore kindly get in touch with the police and take steps accordingly. for more information in detail kindly contact me.

You can claim such articles but you need to have Bills for it. Without Bill, How can you prove that such articles are your's ! So Bill is mandatory. You can approach either Matrimonial City Police or Parental Police to claim your articles, but you need to have Bills.
