How can I get copy of normal complaint to police

Wife has filed false allegation against me, how can I get copy of this complaint. No FIR has been registered, she is filing false complaint frequently so that me and my family is harassed and will go for divorce. One of her complaint is I am planning to divorce her, as per records she is portraying as if she do not want divorce, she is doing this for extortion of money. I am certain she will file false DVC and 498 A if I proceed with divorce, what can I do?

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against her under cruelty grounds. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

It is mentioned by you that your wife is not willing to live with you, and therefore she is doing all this. If your wife is not living with you currently then you can file for restitution of conjugal rights under the Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court. The court has power to put you both the parties under mediation to sit with mediator and resolve issues between the parties under the supervision of the concerned family court.
