How can I file for divorce when wife is having extra marital affair

I am hindu and married recently. I have proof of my wife's chatting & call recording confirming that my wife is in continuance in affair even after my marriage and she is in continue from last three yrs. back from my marriage.I have her written confession and apology for her affair. I have also docs. proving that my wife and her family told me lie that my wife has not done job so i could not made inquiry for her character at her job place. All proofs do not confirming physical relation. My Question is on which ground can i file divorce if there is no mutual consent of her by no maintenance

Adulterous relationship by either of spouse is a ground for divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act and considering the amount of evidence you have, obtaining a divorce decree would not be a problem for you. you will need to file a divorce petition in the Family Court of your jurisdiction and obtain a divorce decree.
