How Can I file divorce according to my situation.

I got married in January 2023 and stayed separately for completing my btech course in another town till may 2024 and in between we met regularly and stayed together but he always denies for sexual intimation and gives excuses like we have time for that, you will be distracted from your studies, complete your course first then we have time for that and never accepted that he's suffering from any penile disorder . He and his family always tried to divert my mind. He never talks to me nor touch me

Hello, As per your query you can apply for divorce as the marriage was never consumated. If you feel that there is no future in this relationship then file for a Divorce, no need to stretch the same. Regards
