How can i come out from the cases in this Covid-19 situation

Sir, Basically i'm poor and my wife is rich. Me and my wife compromised for mutual divorce accordingly agreement done but due to covid-19 we didn't processed it in court. I want to come out from all the cases filled by my wife incluing criminal case 498A, DVC, 427 and Divorce. Please suggest me in this covid situation how can i proceed further. Already i crossed 40+. When i come out from all these cases and remarry. Is my life ruined? i can't make it better? Please advice.

hi now the courts are doing the work you can move your divorce application further and can get divorce but for closing of 498a case if your wife with draw the case also there will be a waiting period for 90days.

Gud Evening now also you can go for a mutual divorce... now a days in pandemic situations Advocates are handling all the matters without parties appearance...If you are interested you can come down to my office i may help you to get out frm all this cases and to get a divorce too...
