How can I claim mediation fees of 30 thousand with my wife

Dear sir I m going to hi court allahabad for appeal of 498 which my wife file against me but the court order mediation of both the parties in mediation centre ..my wife only come first time in mediation centre and take 30 thousand rupees frm centre.. and after that she never come in centre and mediation failed after 4 visit.. dear sir can I claim back that 30 thousand rupees frm her or in court..

You can send a legal notice to your wife for the return of the 30,000 rs. and you can also highlight the issue in the court when the mediation fails and the case is sent back to the concerned court.
