How can I avoid paying maintenance after divorce?

Actually one of my Frnd gt married on 8 month back. After marriage Upto 1 one month she cooperated sex with him after one month she started to quarrel like leave your parents don't go to your home stay away from your parents and buy car ND gold for me if you accept these conditions then only I vl do sex with you other wise I won't stay with you and your family.. So if I give divorce to her means how much maintanance should I give to her. Basically she S not ready to stay with my parents.
First question is whether she is also working or has any earning. If not paying of maintenance depends on several factors including the grounds for divorce, person who first files for it, the other expenses of the person against whom claim is made, etc.,
