How can I apply for mutual divorce in Family Court Bhubaneswar

Please tell me that how can I apply for mutual divorce in Family Court Bhubaneswar. The problem is that I am from Cuttack City and my wife is staying in a rented house in Bhubaneswar. She is not staying with me since 2019. My marriage was held in a temple in presence of our family members. I don't want to live with my wife because of her rudeness. Her family members also don't want to take the marriage further. After a long discussion we both families have decided for mutual divorce. But I want to know in which family court I should apply for divorce. In Cuttack Family Court or Bhubaneswar Family Court.
You are staying in Cuttack and your wife is staying in Bhubaneswar. You have not mentioned the place at which your marriage got solemnised.
Divorce can be filed in three places. (1) where the respondent lives (2) where the marriage got solemnised (3) where both the couples last resided together.
You both need to file a joint petition for mutual divorce under section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
Thereafter the case will be posted for admission, conciliation and evidence. After 6 months from the date of filing the evidence will be recorded and divorce decree will be passed.

You can file divorce either in bbsr or Cuttack whichever city you prefer. In your case I could study that you want your divorce to be filed in bbsr and you can file it here as your wife is living in a rented house so she must have to produce certain documents to show that she is a tenant there. For ex- rent agreement.
