Though it is difficult to prove adultery/bigamy you can file police complaint with strong proof of adultery showing that your son in law is having illegal relationship also u can issue legal notice and file divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion. So far as evidence is concerned need to discuss in person so will b able to guide/advice you correctly.

There are no direct evidences required to prove adultry, circumstantial evidences are sufficient to penalize the guilty. Further if you can gather some mobile statement, intimate pictures, messages exchanged by your son in law and the other girl, it may help your case. However in absence of such direct evidences also divorce can be filed and on merits you can get favorable order.

For this type of divorce petition we would requrie all detail proofs of the extra marital affair like letters exchanged, photos , mails etc . The name of lady and her other details as she will be added as party in the matter . Further you can also file police complaint against both of them and also issue a legal notice to both of them throuhg Advocate in order to create some evidence and also seek divroce from the son-in-law if you don't have any proof and if upon service son-in-law agrees for divorce by mutual consent then its easy way out for divroce.
Further you can also calim maintenance for wife and child from his for which his income sources , bank details may require.
