HMA 26 which section for child custody

Under which sub section of HMA 26 we can apply for child custody. I have received a notice of contested divorce and I want to respond it along with demanding child custody.

You contact the lawyer and your lawyer will take care of it. You merely have to convey your appointed lawyer your requirements and wishes with the details and your lawyer will take care about responding to the petition before court.

U/s 26 of the HMA one can claim interim custody and visitation rights of child. for claiming permanent custody of child one has to go under Guardians and Wards Act. For further detail information, you can contact me.
