You do not need to wait for summons to reach you at the correct address. Now that you know about the divorce case filed by your husband you can appear directly or through a lawyer during the next hearing date and proceed with the case.

If your husband filed a divorce petition and intentionally sent the notice to an old address where he knew you would not receive it, this may be considered as improper service of notice. However, it is not advisable to wait for the next hearing without taking any action, as this may give the impression that you're not interested in participating in the process. It might also lead to a default judgment being made in favor of your husband, which may not be in your best interests. You should immediately engage a lawyer to identify the case filed and take this forward.
