HinI live in Delhi since 8 months with my daughter.my husband send me legal notice under sec 13.he lives in Punjab.. 10 years of this marriagei have two kids.one is with me(daughters)..I want to go with my husband bt he don't want me.we have lots of misunderstanding with my sis in law..WT can I do

HI, Your husband can't not take divorce if you have committed no fault which is against your matrimonial life. you have have every right to live with your husband . you can defend the Case filed by your husband . you can also Pettition to get orders from the court to stay in matrimonial home alongwith maintenance for yourself and your daughter. you can also request the court to settle the matter through mediation and councelling.

Its better that you appear before the court and put your case. Court will go through your reply and then only it will proceed with the case. But make sure that you do appear otherwise court can proceed exparte too.
