Why case has transferred from family court to lok Adalat court for Hindu marriage act under section 9. What happens if case is moved to lok Adalat, after 2 counselling are already done.

Matters are posted for lokadalat when there are chances of settlement between the parties. In your case too with reference to your mediation report court might have seen chances of settlement and hence it would be transferred yo lokadalat.
