In divorce petition filed by the husband against his wife who she is my daughter is pending in the family court wherein advocates engaged pulling the time one or other contexts.
In this case whether as a father and an advocate in the court can we appear and plead as an advocate which is in tamilnadu.

yes the case can be pleaded by your daughter herself or on behalf of your daughter you can plead the case as a party in person but the only thing it will be a bit difficult for you to follow up the cases or you guys can miss will not understand the decorum of the Court. there are certain difficulties.
