If a wife (or woman) has filed a DV case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, the respondent (husband or family) has to file a reply/written statement. This reply must deny false allegations, provide your side of facts, and include any documentary evidence (messages, call records, financial support proof, etc.). Important to highlight contradictions in her complaint. 2. Criminal Revision Petition If the Magistrate passes an interim order (like maintenance, residence, protection order, etc.) that you feel is wrong or unfair, you can file a Criminal Revision before the Sessions Court or High Court (depends on the stage). Revision checks if the wer court's order is legally correct
