Hi,I am living separately from my husband since August 2022 to January 2023..we stayed together in February2023 for 15 days. I walked out of the house in anger but wanted to come back on same day so called husband to pick me up,he said he doesn't want to stay with me and don't come back to home,that is not your home. Well, if you don't need Divorce, then try to win your Hubby's Heart again by pacifying him through showering your love, care and affection. Legally, you can file a Petition for Destitute of Conjugal Rights, but before that and parallely with the filing of that Petition, try to win your Hubby's Heart.
