Hiding her past relationships before marriage and those are known 2me

She didnt tell that she had 4 deep relationships before marriage, after marriage, i got some proofs from her whatsapp chat, google drive and google photos. If i apply for Divorce now, 1) will she have any right to claim any money from me 2) can she file a harassament case against me in reverse 3) Since she has done the cheating, will she have any rights to file any case against me ? she is a workng women and we married 3 months before

hi if you want to file for divorce then yoh need to wait atleast to complete one year from the date of marriage and yes she could file harassement and maintenance cases against you but you could contest the same that she is working

1) Yes she has the right to claim your money. 2) Yes she can file a harrasment case in reverse. 3) Even though she has cheated, women have several rights to file cases against any man/husband, which can only happen with solid proofs obviously.

you should digest the bitter truth now. Firstly you are her husband. the earlier relationships what ever she had is past and she has a right to live as to her choice. during maintaining relationship, she was not your wife and hence the question of decieving you doesn't arise. now she is your wife and if she maintains any relationship with anyoneelse during your matrimonial life, then it amounts to cheating. hence you can't claim divorce on the grounds of her past history. Now, she is being your wife she can utilise all statutory provisions like lodging cases against you for harrasment or domestic violence case or for maintenance like any other woman. so you are suggested to realise and develop understandings among you both and treat her properly and share your joys and sarrows with her.
