Hidden documents in income affidavit

We went for the appeal of Interim Maintenance order of Rs15000 which was passed in DV ACT on furnishing False Income affidavit by wife.nnThe final arguments and order passing date in appeal court is scheduled in the coming dates and main DV court date is scheduled three weeks later.nnWe have been informed that the right court to produce all her hidden documents is the court where main DV CASE has been filed instead of appeal court ? Is it legal to produce confidential documents?

भरण-पोषण मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश: दोनों पक्षों को कमाई का ब्योरा शपथ-पत्र पर देना होगा, गलत निकला तो 7 साल सजा सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैमिली कोर्ट, जिला कोर्ट में पति या पत्नी द्वारा दायर किए जाने वाले भरण-पोषण के दावों में शपथ पत्र देना अनिवार्य कर दिया है। दोनों को अपनी-अपनी कमाई के बारे में सही जानकारी देना होगी। शपथ-पत्र पर झूठी जानकारी दी तो कोर्ट को गुमराह करने, झूठ बताने के आरोप में केस भी दर्ज होगा।

hello client as a matter of facts which you have mentioned if things are true rhen you wife definatelly go to jail as well as she will also get inprisionmebt not less the 7 years min . so in this matter we need to provide the court all the thi gs if evidence to send her jail
