Hi We have married couple since 3 year and having a son but we don't understand eachother now we physical and verbaly abused each other this make bad effects to my old mother health that's why I demand to divorce but her brother came to our house and threatened me in front of my old mother for demanding divorce.

Well, if you need Divorce, then they cannot keep your forcibly with them. It is your legal right to ask for a Divorce if you are unhappy with your Husband. Similarly, he has got this legal right too against you. Thus, you should not come under anyone's pressure and seek Police Protection & then decide, whether you want to Divorce your Hubby or not!
