Hi Team, my sister got married 7months back. But she was mentally tortured after marriage. We have decided to seek mutual divorce. Both the parties have now agreed for mutual divorce. We had sent the affidavit copy to whatsapp, since they wanted to check before we post it to them. Now, My brother in law is asking us to send the affidavit copy on email, so that they'll initiate corrections in the affidavit.we don't understand the reason behind this? Do we see any risk if we send on email? Could you please help.

As per law within the year of marriage, you or herself cant move for Divorce by mutual consent. It will become pre meture petition.
Sending the copy doesnot make any difference problem since the petition itself is mutual consent.
Better You ask your respective advocate.
