Hi Sir/Mam, nGood Day,nI have got divorce and maintenance for my kid in November 2022 from Andhra Pradesh Kurnool family court. My Lawyer sent legal notices to him ..but it came back as he is not staying there in that address and also i don't know where he is working. nnCurrently I moved to Bangalore and staying in Bangalore along with my daughter and dad. Can i do further proceedings or file a executive petition or criminal miscellaneous case from Bangalore? Because it is tough for me to travel to Andhra for everything.so i would like to know is it possible to take it forward to get allocated maintainance from Bangalore court.

okayni. understand your questions so now you came to banglore with your daughter you got divorce from A P court now you only asked frommyour divorce husband child maintaimance right yes it is possible but where he residing you find him and send the notice through court then make a order from court in your fecer so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
