Hi Sir, 16 years back my wife told me that she is pregnant and I was out of station more than 3 months. Even though I know it's a lie and i have seen her with other person multiple times, I didn't say anything because of family reputation and peace in family. Now in 2023, she filed false 498a, section 3, 4 and domestic violence on me. after paying 60 lakhs for the sake of my kids, she still didn't take the case back and demanding for more money which i don't have. Now I want to prove her cruelty

hi if you want to prove her cruelty then you could file for divorce and if you have proofs to show that you had paid Rs 60 lakhs for the welfare of kids and you also could file quash petition against 498A and could defend domestic violence cases
