Hi respected lawyers, my wife filed for divorce and dv cases on me and I filed for RCR later. Court ordered us to go for counseling for the RCR case filed by me. Do we also get this counseling sessions at later stage for divorce case filed by them? nnCan I postpone my counseling sessions for few months?nnWhat is the maximum time span for counseling since I am not in India and I don't want to opt for online counseling?

it's the order of the court to refer the matter for counselling session for settlement of the issue so that your marital life can be restored. if you skip the sessions the court basing on the report of the mediators will start with the procedure of the case.
