Hi, nOn 3rd Sept 2022, the Judge of the family court in Secunderabad issued orders to dissolve the marriage via mutual consent and has given me the custody of my child. It's not even been a year, my ex-husband is troubling me by picking up arguments unnecessarily and threatening me. He is blackmailing me that he will approach the court to make few changes in the MOU terms which we mutually agreed on. nHe is disturbing me by not letting me live my life peacefully even after divorce. I wanted to join my daughter for a dance class and he asked me if he can visit her there whenever he wants and when I responded that he is not supposed to do that, then he got aggressive. I dont want to live in a fear of he taking her away without my knowledge and not send my daughter to any classes that she might be interested. nIs there anyway to stop him from doing such things?

the terms of MOU cannot be changed. once accepted and executed with free and consent of both parties, your ex-husband cannot do. It seems that he doesn't know what to do so he is troubling you. now u r free after attaining mutual divorce and he cannot create troubles to you. if he continue I suggest you to file a criminal complaint against him. and consult a nearest lawyer of ur choice for better redress of the issue.
