Hi nI have applied for divorce it's in process and Last week my wife sister and her brother came to my place and used some bad words abusing deform thrething etc.But now I have received Notice from district Court to transfer the case from my location to their location. I have threat from them any chance to stop the transfer case from current court to other court using above mentioned points ??

if place of you filing for divorce & the place your wife wants transfer both are within Karnataka then you have reciend notice from Karnataka High Court. if you have some little evidence of real problem for you by such transfer it can be contested.
