Hi, myself and wife are staying at my place. I've been undergoing mental abuse all the time and sometimes physical abuse too which recently reduced to some extent. I'm planning to divorce her but she is not ready to move away from my house and not ready for divorce. I had to quit my job as she ruined my character in my office by calling my colleagues and projected me as a womaniser. She has been giving suicidal threats since the time we love. How do i proceed with the divorce? Can she be at my house while i contest for divorce? I'm worried she may threaten or attempt suicide if i file for divorce. Thank You !
